Refund policy

Preorders: Because each preorder is placed for production, we cannot accept cancellations, refunds, returns, or exchanges after the order is submitted.

We do not accept returns/refunds for the following:

  • Packages returned due to unpaid import taxes or customs fees.

  • Shipments delivered to an incorrect address entered by the buyer.

  • Minor size discrepancies or fit issues (we encourage checking our measurement charts carefully before purchasing!).

  • Worn, washed, altered, or damaged items missing their original tags.

We do accept returns/refunds for:

  • Unopened or unused items returned within 14 days of delivery (in original condition with tags attached).

  • Damaged or defective products.

  • Errors on our end (ex. wrong size or item shipped).
